Get out of your salad rut!

Salads are one of the most versatile meals, but it’s still possible to get stuck in a rut.  Here are our expert tips on how to add variety to your salad rotation. 

  1. Head to the border.  Our Border Ole Salad has a little bit of everything, including lean chicken and beans served alongside creamy avocado, savory olives, cool tomatoes and crisp iceberg lettuce.

PRO TIP:  If you have a bag of salad on hand that may go bad before it gets eaten, just toss the whole thing in the freezer.  Whether it’s 50/50 blend, spring mix or spinach it’ll be perfect to sauté or add to smoothies and soups when you’re ready for it!
