Buffalo Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 DOLE® Green Onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup DOLE® Carrots, finely chopped
- ½ cup DOLE® Celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups DOLE® Colorful Coleslaw
- ¼ cup refrigerated chunky blue cheese yogurt dressing
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- 4 medium leaves DOLE® Butter Lettuce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Gently mix chicken, onions, carrots, celery, cayenne pepper sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl; form into 4 (4-inch) patties and place on prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning once.
- Toss coleslaw and dressing in a medium bowl. Serve burgers in buns topped with coleslaw mixture and lettuce.
