Tropical Turkey Chili

Directions
1. Heat oil in a large saucepot over medium heat. Add red onion; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chili powder, cumin and garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Add turkey and cauliflower; cook 5 minutes or until turkey is browned, breaking up turkey with side of spoon. Add tomatoes with their juice and broth; heat to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fold in spinach.
2. Serve chili garnished with pineapple, avocado and/or green onions, if desired.
