Directions

  1. SLICE bananas into coins and freeze until firm 1-3 hours or overnight.
  2. ADD all ingredients to food processor or strong blender. Pulse until combined and then blend until smooth, making sure sides are scraped 1-2 times to ensure ingredients are well combined and without lumps, approx. 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. ENJOY right away as soft serve or store in freezer safe container for a “hard” ice cream.
