Directions

  1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Brush chicken with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer chicken to a cutting board; cut into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Prepare Chopped Kit as package directs in a large bowl; fold in eggs, avocado, tomatoes and chicken. Makes about 8 cups.
  4. Serve salad sprinkled with bacon.
