Directions
1. Purée lime juice, banana, strawberries, coconut milk, pineapple, sugar, coconut extract and lime zest in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
2. Divide lime juice mixture into 4 bowls; garnish with coconut flakes, strawberries and/or lime zest, if desired.

- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
