Directions

  1. Stir together yogurt and mustard in a medium bowl. Stir in chicken, apples, blueberries, pineapple, celery, and mint. Toss to evenly coat.
  2. Pour salad blend on serving platter, arrange chicken mixture over, and sprinkle pecans over salad, if desired.
