Directions
- Press carrots through juicer. Continue adding celery, sweet potato, beet, apple, cucumber, cabbage, lemon and poblano pepper. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve or keep refrigerated in sealed jar until ready to serve.

Can use blender or food processor in place of juicer; add 1 cup water before blending vegetables
