Southwest Cauliflower-White Bean Burger

Directions
- Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until small pieces remain; transfer to a large bowl. Add beans; mash with the back of a fork until well blended. Fold in onions, garlic, oats, corn, peppers, pepitas, seasoning and salt; form into 4 (½-inch-thick) patties.
- Spray patties with nonstick cooking spray and place on hot grill rack; cover and cook 15 minutes or until browned, turning once. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on grill rack; cook 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
- Prepare Chopped Kit as package directs in a large bowl.
- Serve burgers in buns topped with Chopped Kit.
