Directions

  1. Whisk together garlic, barbeque sauce, chipotle powder, cumin and ½ cup water, in medium bowl. Add chicken and barbeque sauce mixture to slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 hours (or on LOW 8 hours) or until chicken is very tender. Transfer chicken to bowl; shred with 2 forks. Add liquid from slow cooker to chicken; toss. Makes about 3 cups.
  2. Serve chicken mixture in buns topped with avocado and slaw.
