Directions
- Toast pecans in a large skillet over medium heat 4 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant, stirring frequently; transfer to plate to cool.
- Toss slaw, apple, green and red grapes, celery and peanut butter in a large bowl. Makes about 6 cups.
- Serve salad sprinkled with pecans.
