Directions

  1. Bring orange juice, balsamic vinegar, ginger and rosemary to rolling simmer. Stir in rhubarb, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until rhubarb softens.
  2. Stir in strawberries and blueberries, return mixture to simmer and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in banana and chia seeds. Serve warm or room temperature.
