A dream in green and pink - that's what this delicious raspberry smoothie with algae looks like. Algae? Does that taste good? Of course - and this creative smoothie is deliciously refreshing and ready in the blink of an eye. It's perfect as an energizing drink to hold you over between meals.
Directions
1. Mix 3oz of almond milk and 6 oz of yogurt with the grapefruit juice, 2 cups of raspberries and honey until smooth. Mix the remainder of the almond milk and yogurt with the chlorella.
2. Pour the green smoothie mixture into the glasses. Then place a spoon over the green mixture and carefully pour the red mixture over the spoon to form two separate layers.
3.Serve with the puffed quinoa and the rest of the raspberries.
Tips & Tricks
Add a mint leaf on top for an extra pop of freshness!
