Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 2 rimmed baking pans with parchment paper. Toss plantains, oil, pumpkin pie spice and ½ teaspoon salt in a large bowl; place in a single layer on prepared pans. Bake 22 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Makes about 128 chips.
  2. Stir cheese, apple, onion, curry powder and remaining ½ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Makes about ½ cup.
  3. Serve plantain chips with dip.
