Directions

  1. Pat the fish dry. Cut into ½- inch cubes. Place in a bowl.
  2. Add the pineapple, green grapes, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seeds to fish. Gently toss.
  3. Serve immediately on top of salad.

Tips & Tricks

For another variation, omit the chili garlic sauce and add 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste and 1 teaspoon honey.
