Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 350’F.

How to make:

  1. TOAST the pecans in a frying pan on the stove top, cook for five to eight minutes or until crisp and aromatic, remove from the stove and allow to cool, then crush to breadcrumb texture.
  2. PLACE the rest of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth and thick, pour into six glasses and sprinkle over the crushed pecans, serve.
