Directions

  1. Combine red onion, green onions, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, pickled ginger and sesame seeds, salmon and pineapple in medium bowl. Toss gently to coat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Empty contents of the salad kit in a large bowl. Add dressing from packet and toss gently to coat. Using a slotted spoon, remove salmon and pineapple from marinade and add to prepared salad. Discard leftover marinade. Serve immediately.

NOTE: Ahi tuna may be substituted for salmon.
