Directions

1.     Heat 2 tablespoons water in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, raisins, onions, fresh ginger and ground ginger; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

 

2.     Add rice, chicken, pineapple, soy sauce and remaining 2 tablespoons water; cover, reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes or until heated through.
