Directions

  1. Divide strawberries, spinach, carrots and apple into 6 (1-quart) freezer-safe zip-top plastic bags; seal bags, pressing out excess air and freeze up to 2 months.
  2. Purée contents of 1 freezer bag, ½ cup coconut water, 2 teaspoons honey and ⅛ teaspoon turmeric in a blender on high until smooth for 1 smoothie. Makes about 1⅓ cups.

     

Tips & Tricks

Puréed smoothie ingredients can also be poured into ice pop molds and frozen for a delicious frozen treat.
