Directions

  1. Prepare 1 DOLE® Lemon Parmesan Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit as label directs for just the vegetables using all the seasoning.
  2. Stir in 2 cups cooked whole wheat penne pasta, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or 1 cup of your favorite pasta sauce and ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake 5 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Makes about 6 cups.
