The naturally crunchy salad is the perfect base for softer veggies—yellow squash and shaved Brussels sprouts. Directions
- Combine salad blend, bacon, and sunflower seeds from salad kit with yellow squash, Brussels sprouts, red onion, and parsley.
- Add Sweet Onion & Citrus dressing from salad kit and toss to combine. Top with strawberries and spoon into serving bowl. Top with hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Tips & Tricks
Sprinkle the hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds just prior to serving for a nice crunch.
