Holiday Spiced Banana Pumpkin Oat Bars

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk together pureed bananas and pumpkin in medium bowl until blended. Stir in oats, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg until blended. Stir in raisins, walnuts, and 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds.
- Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds over top.
- Bake 30 minutes or until edges are starting to brown and firm. Allow to cool on rack. Cut into bars and serve.
