Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together pureed bananas and pumpkin in medium bowl until blended. Stir in oats, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg until blended. Stir in raisins, walnuts, and 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds.
  3. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds over top.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until edges are starting to brown and firm. Allow to cool on rack. Cut into bars and serve.
