Directions

  1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
  2. Cut potatoes from1 DOLE® Homestyle Roasted Herb Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit into quarters.
  3. Toss vegetables, ½ the seasoning and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large bowl.
  4. Divide vegetables onto center of 4 (12-inch-square) sheets of foil.
  5. For each pack, bring 2 edges of foil up over vegetables and fold to seal.
  6. Fold sides of foil to seal.
  7. Place packs, seal side up, on hot grill rack.
  8. Cover and cook 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  9. Brush 4 salmon fillets with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
  11. Place salmon on hot grill rack.
  12. Cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°, turning once.
  13. Serve salmon with vegetables.
  14. Makes about 3½ cups vegetables.
