Directions

  1. Combine oil, ginger, paprika and salt in small bowl. Pour over peaches in shallow glass dish. Marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or broiler to high heat. Place peaches on grill pan and grill on both sides until soften and charred. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Arrange peaches, cut side up, on a serving platter. Nest a handful of greens in the center of each peach half and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese, pomegranate seeds and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
