Grilled PB&J Banana Boat

Directions
1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat; cut 4 (12-inch-square) foil sheets.
2. Carefully cut lengthwise slit down center of each banana through top peel, but do not cut all the way through bottom peel. Spread cut sides of bananas with peanut butter and preserves; sprinkle with granola.
3. Place bananas, granola side up, in center of foil sheets. For each boat, bring 2 edges of foil up over banana and fold to seal; fold sides of foil to seal. Place bananas, sealed side up, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until bananas are tender. Makes 4 boats.
4. Carefully open foil to serve.
