Directions

  1. Prepare 1 DOLE® French Onion Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit as label directs for just the vegetables, reserving ½ the seasoning.
  2. Gently mix 1 pound ground turkey and reserved seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Form into 4 (½-inch-thick) patties and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Heat grill pan or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add patties and cook 12 minutes or until internal temperature of burgers reach 165°, turning once.
  6. Serve burgers on whole wheat buns topped with desired toppings along with vegetables.
  7. Makes about 3 cups vegetables.
