Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10-inch pan with sides with foil.
  2. Toss together broccoli, oil, and pepper and arrange on baking pan, placing larger florets near the edges.
  3. Roast 15 minutes. Turn florets over and continue roasting 10 minutes more or until tender and lightly charred.
  4. Remove from oven and squeeze lemon over and sprinkle with cheese.
