Directions
1. Purée dragon fruit, 1 cup coconut water, yogurt alternative, 1 tablespoon agave nectar and spirulina powder in a blender on high until smooth; transfer to pitcher.
2. Purée banana, pineapple, kale, spinach, and remaining 1 cup coconut water and 1 tablespoon agave nectar in a blender on high until smooth.
3. Pour 1/2 the dragon fruit mixture into 4 (12-ounce) glasses; top with 1/2 the banana mixture. Repeat layers once. Makes 4 smoothies.
Tips & Tricks
Try adding 2 ices cubes to the blender along with the other ingredients in steps 1 and 2.
