Directions

1.     Purée milk, banana, strawberries, pineapple, spinach and yogurt in a blender on high until smooth; pour into a serving bowl and garnish with coconut flakes, pineapple flowers, banana slices, strawberry slices and/or yogurt, if desired.

Tips & Tricks

To make pineapple flowers, use a whole peeled pineapple (do not core), and cut it crosswise into very thin slices. Pat the slices dry and gently press the slices into standard muffin pan cups; bake at 300°F for 2 hours or until mostly dry
