Directions

  1. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Place grapes, pineapple pieces and strawberries in single layer on prepared pan. Heat dark chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl in microwave oven on high 1 minute 20 seconds or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; stir in oil. Drizzle fruit with chocolate mixture; sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate 20 minutes or until chocolate is hardened.
  2. Heat white chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl in microwave oven on high 1 minute 20 seconds or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; whisk in yogurt, banana, cranberries and ginger. Makes about 1¼ cups.
  3. Wrap cone in aluminum foil. Cut a star from pineapple cross section using a 3-inch star-shaped cookie cutter; thread star onto skewer. Insert toothpicks into cone to create “Christmas tree branches”; carefully thread grapes, strawberries and pineapple pieces onto toothpick “branches.” Insert pineapple star into top of “tree”; serve with Cranberry-Ginger Dip and additional toothpicks.
