Basil-Cashew Vegan Sundaes with Strawberry-Balsamic Sauce

Directions
- Heat strawberries, vinegar and syrup in a medium saucepot over medium heat 10 minutes or until strawberries are very soft and mixture thickens, stirring frequently. Makes about 1 cup.
- Stir frozen dessert and basil in a large bowl. Scoop frozen dessert mixture into 4 (12-ounce) sundae glasses and top with strawberry mixture; garnish with pistachios and basil, if desired.
