Directions

  1. Mix together chocolate, bananas, cream, and peanut butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring 5 minutes or until chocolate has melted.
  2. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until almost solid.
  3. Scoop one tablespoon size chocolate and form into balls.
  4. Place cocoa powder in shallow bowl; roll truffles in powder to lightly coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
