Directions

1.     Blend the first six ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.  Then set aside in fridge. 

 

2.     Crumble banana bread into large bowl.    

 

3.     Add banana icing to crumbled banana bread and combine until thoroughly coated.  Mixture should stick together and keep shape when formed. 

 

4.     Shape into round balls using small ice cream scoop. 

 

5.     Drizzle or dip into melted chocolate to taste.  Use sprinkles if desired. 

 

6.     Place onto popsicle stick or serve in “truffle” form. 

 

7.     Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
