Curry Banana Fritters with Chile Crisp

Directions
1. Grate bananas into a medium bowl; stir in onion, flour, jalapeño, curry powder and salt until incorporated. Makes about 1½ cups.
2. Heat a griddle or large nonstick pan over medium-high heat; drizzle with 1 tablespoon avocado oil. Drop 6 (2 tablespoon) mounds banana mixture onto hot griddle; cook 4 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Repeat with remaining oil and banana mixture. Makes about 12 fritters.
3. Serve fritters drizzled with chile crisp and sprinkled with cilantro.
