Directions
1. Purée dragon fruits, banana, 1/2 cup milk and 1 tablespoon agave nectar in a blender on high until smooth; transfer to a medium bowl and stir in chia seeds. Makes about 3 cups dragon fruit mixture.
2. Divide dragon fruit mixture into 12 (3-ounce) ice pop molds.
3. Purée mango, coconut chunks, and remaining 1/2 cup milk and 1 tablespoon agave nectar in a blender on high until almost smooth; divide into molds over dragon fruit mixture. Insert sticks into molds and swirl slightly; freeze at least 5 hours or up to overnight.
4. Run molds under warm water for 10 seconds to release pops. Makes 12 pops.
