Directions

  1. Mash banana in medium bowl with a fork. Add almond butter and egg until well blended. Stir in maple syrup and cocoa until blended and smooth.
  2. Divide batter between 2 microwave-safe mugs. Microwave each mug on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until firm and has risen. Garnish with a dollop of yogurt and raspberries, if desired or your favorite toppings.

 

Tips & Tricks

For a fun variation, add 1/2 DOLE Banana, cut into slices into batter before microwaving OR add 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips to batter before microwaving.
