Directions

1.     Stir lime juice, pineapple, grapes, pepper, cilantro, jalapeño and green onions in a medium bowl. Makes about 2 cups.

 

2.     Place 1 tortilla on work surface; top with chicken, cheese, tomatoes and remaining 1 tortilla.

 

3.     Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add quesadilla; cook 4 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted, turning once. Makes 1 quesadilla.

 

4.     Cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges; serve with pineapple grape salsa.
