Directions

  1. Prepare pasta as label directs; drain, rinse with cold water and cool.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add chicken, salt and pepper; cook 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, stirring occasionally. Remove skillet from heat; cool completely.
  3. Prepare Caesar Kit as package directs in a large bowl; fold in lemon juice, onion, tomatoes, pasta and chicken. Makes about 10 cups.

Tips & Tricks

To make this recipe in advance, it can be prepared without the Caesar Kit, covered and refrigerated up to 2 days in advance; fold in the Caesar Kit before serving.
