Directions

  1. COMBINE bread crumbs, chia seeds, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and salt in large bowl. Rinse chicken breasts under water; dry slightly, leaving some moisture for breading to adhere.
  2. DREDGE the chicken breasts in the breading mixture; arrange on a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake at 375°F 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center (165°F).
  3. SERVE sliced chicken breasts over DOLE® Italian Blend Salad and top with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
