Preheat oven to 425°F and spray springform or pizza pan with olive oil spray.

Place cauliflower florets in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until it resembles couscous. Measure 2½ cups and reserve remainder for another use.

Combine cauliflower with beaten egg, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Press firmly and uniformly in prepared pan. Lightly spray mixture with olive oil spray.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Cauliflower-Crust Pizza: Top baked cauliflower pizza crust lightly with your favorite sauce and toppings. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes or until toppings are bubbling and warm. Cool slightly before cutting into 6 to 8 slices. Serve warm.
