Directions

  1. Combine salad, peach, cucumber, blueberries, feta cheese, pine nuts and green onions in large bowl.
  2. Toss with White Balsamic Vinaigrette, to taste.
  3. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.

White-Balsamic-Vinaigrette: Whisk together 2/3 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper, to taste, until blended.Makes about 1 cup.
