Creamy banana with a punch of orange makes for a smoothie you can't resist. This is a great breakfast to squeeze a burst of flavor into your busy morning.
Ingredients
- 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1 orange, peeled
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze® Almond Milk
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
Directions
- Place banana and orange in emulsifier blender. Add almond milk, orange peel, vanilla and honey. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes as needed to get a slushy consistency. Blend. Serve.
