Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Gently mix chicken, onions, carrots, celery, cayenne pepper sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl; form into 4 (4-inch) patties and place on prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning once.
  2. Toss coleslaw and dressing in a medium bowl. Serve burgers in buns topped with coleslaw mixture and lettuce.
