Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F; spray a 12-cup standard muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mash bananas with the back of a fork in a large bowl; whisk in eggs, almond butter and syrup. Whisk in almond flour, flaxseed meal, whole wheat flour, apple pie spice and baking soda; fold in blueberries and divide into prepared pan.
  3. Bake muffins 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of muffins comes out clean; cool 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
