Blended Hawaiian Baked Oats

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F; spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Pulse oats in a high power blender until fine powder. Add bananas, egg, milk, yogurt, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract; blend until smooth.
3. Spread oat mixture in prepared dish; sprinkle with pineapple and bake 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
4. Serve baked oats garnished with banana slices and/or pecans drizzled with syrup, if desired.
