Bold Banana Cupcakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Stir together bananas, egg, buttermilk, oil and vanilla in large bowl; set aside.
- Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; stir into banana mixture. Stir just until moistened.
- Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Lightly coat with vegetable spray. Fill two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
