Directions

  1. Mash banana with a fork in a small bowl; whisk in egg, flour, milk, buttery spread, sugar and vanilla extract; pour into a 16-ounce microwave-safe mug and quickly fold in ½ teaspoon sprinkles. Sprinkle batter with remaining ½ teaspoon sprinkles.
  2. Heat mug in microwave oven on high 1 minute 30 seconds or until set and internal temperature reaches 160°F; serve warm topped with ice cream, caramel sauce and/or strawberries, if desired.
