Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Heat large pot of water to boiling, add ziti pasta, and cook 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain.
- Cook onion and turkey over medium heat in large skillet 7 minutes, stirring, or until onion is tender and turkey is cooked. Drain off fat.
- Stir pasta sauce, carrot, and spinach into turkey mixture, cooking 10 minutes or until heated through.
- Layer into prepared dish, one half each ziti, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and turkey mixture, repeat with remaining ingredients. Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Serve with DOLE® Chopped Caesar Salad Kit or DOLE® Chopped Greek Salad Kit.
