Directions

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in large skillet, cook shrimp and garlic, 6 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Stir in orange juice and continue cooking until liquid is reduced.
  2. Pour salad kit ingredients into bowl and toss together. Stir in black beans, corn and cilantro, until evenly coat. Spoon salad onto serving platter top with shrimp.
