Directions

1.  Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Place bananas on prepared pan; freeze 5 hours or up to overnight.

2.  Purée dates, cold brew concentrate, milk, cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon and bananas in a blender on high until smooth, scraping down the sides of blender occasionally. Makes about 3 cups.

3.  Divide banana mixture into 4 small bowls; garnish with dark chocolate squares and/or cinnamon, if desired.

Tips & Tricks

Freeze banana mixture, uncovered, 1 hour and pipe into bowls using a piping bag fitted with a star tip for the classic DOLE Whip® look.
